Each party must have a eight (8) paid person minimum.
|
|
All additional guests over the eight (8) paid minimum will be
|
|
billed according to the chosen party package amount.
|
|
Advance reservation are required.
|
|
To confirm your party, a non-refundable deposit of $20.00 must be paid.
|
|
You may either stop by the facility
|
|
between the hours of 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM
|
|
(please call first prior to coming)
|
|
and until 11:00 PM Fri/Sat
|
|
or you may make a credit card deposit via fax weekdays between
|
|
10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
|
|
After paying your deposit, you will be issued your pre-printed invitations.
|
|
Deposits must be made no later than five (5) days prior to your party.
|
|
Please fax, call, e-mail or drop off your tentative list of ALL guests
invited
|
|
first names only please. If you have two (2) with the same first
|
|
name please include the first initial of their last name.
|
|
Please provide us this list no later than the Wednesday prior to your party.
|
|
Please remember that children three (3) years and over
|
|
are to be included as guest on your list.
|
|
No outside food or drinks will be permitted under any circumstances
|
|
(except the traditional birthday cake).
|
|
Seating areas can not be requested or reserved.
|
|
Guests should check-in during the first 15 minutes
|
|
of the session at the party entrance.
|
|
Adults attending a public session party with their children may enter at no
charge.
|
|
If adults would like to skate, options are:
|
|
(A) You may pay the BirthdaySKATE rate per person and they may sit, eat and
|
|
drink with their children or
|
|
(B) The adults may pay there own admission and skate rental for the session.
|
|
This will not include food. The party parent may purchase additional
|
|
food and drinks for attending adults.
|
|
All adults will be required to
wear a wristbands.
|
|
If above the age of eighteen (18) and skating |
|
the wrist band that you were initially given will be removed
|
|
and you will be given a different colored wristband |
|
to wear to identify that you are allowed to be on the skating floor. |
|
You must to sign a waiver
|
|
either at the box office or your host/hostess can obtain one for you.
|
|
This wrist band must be worn at all times. |
|
You will not be issued skates by the skate room personnel
|
|
until the appropriate wrist band is on our wrist. |
|
All final payments may be made by either cash, credit card or check
|
|
a valid Florida drivers license will be requested.
|
|
The balance is due twenty (20) minutes before the end of the party session.
|
|
Early payments avoid the lines at the end each party session.
|
|
There is "NO" video taping or still photography
is permitted
|
|
on, near or towards the skating
floor.
|
|
We offer coin operated lockers for the safety and security of your
belongings.
|
|
Galaxy Skateway is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
|
|
GRATUITIES ARE NOT INCLUDED |
|
but if you wish we can add the gratuity to your final bill
|
|
and give it to you to give to your host/hostess
|
|
or we can give it to them at the end of the session. |
